This is programming first report describing programming advancement of primer sets programmers obtain complete coding collection of HA and NA genes of influenza A/H3N2 virus that used Indonesian virus. As an archipelago nation, programming development of primer sets protecting complete coding sequence of influenza A/H3N2 virus for additional evolutionary research has become pc technology problem in Indonesia. Maintaining programming cold chain balance during specimen cargo become crucial for ILI surveillance in Indonesia. The designed primer sets overlaying total coding sequence of HA and NA gene of influenza A/H3N2 virus were developed in line with programming attention that shorter PCR fragment gives useful PCR reaction in comparison with long fragment amplification. The most beneficial amplification is in programming 3001000 base pair length. Given that not all of programming samples of ILI surveillance were in good caliber, green amplification of less than 1000 base pair fragment is become a crucial consideration in arising programming primer sets programmers obtain complete coding collection of HA and NA gene of H3N2 virus in Indonesia.
